What is DuraPlate?
DuraPlate is a proven composite material that consists of two external skins thermally bonded to a high-density polyethylene core.

What type of applications use DuraPlate panels?
DuraPlate is a lightweight, strong, rigid, weather-resistant material that is suitable for a
variety of applications.

How long have DuraPlate panels been around?
For over 10 years, DuraPlate panels have successfully replaced standard materials in
applications where strength and durability are called for, including products such as semi-trailers, truck bodies, swing and overhead doors, and portable storage containers.

What lengths are available?
6 ft (min.) to 24 ft (max.) *Custom specifications available upon request, with minimum quantity requirements.

What thicknesses are available?
6 mm (.236 in), 7.5 mm (.295 in) and 13 mm (.511 in). *Custom specifications available upon request, with minimum quantity requirements.

Where is DuraPlate manufactured?
DuraPlate panels are produced in our world-class manufacturing facility, which is located in the central United States (Lafayette, In) and accessible to all major markets.

What colors do the panels come in?
Panels come standard in a white automotive-quality finish. Custom colors are available with minimum quantity requirements.

Are DuraPlate panels recyclable?
Every DuraPlate panel is 100% recyclable, so it can be used again and again in other
consumer industrial products.
